We continue to knock on residents’ doors on a weekly basis, and we have spoken to many residents for the first time this month. It’s valuable for us to get your feedback as we act on any issues which are reported to us on the doorstep.
Please remember that speaking to us is one way to report a problem, but the most efficient way is for you to report it online as this will go directly to the department which can help you.
